Why in the app?
For security reasons, the request must be made from within the application while you are logged in.

How to proceed

1. Open KINA on your phone

2. Log in to your account

3. Go to Settings → Delete my account

4.  Request deletion

Deletion requests may be submitted within 7 days following account closure. Once a deletion request is received, we will permanently delete the Personal Data associated with the account within a maximum period of 30 days, subject to the limitations described below. This process is intended to ensure secure handling, verification where necessary, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
